What is the best fabric weight for a premium hoodie?
For a premium streetwear hoodie, most brands choose 380–450 GSM brushed fleece or heavyweight French terry. For layering or warmer climates, 300–340 GSM is lighter and more breathable. Our hoodie GSM guide explains the trade-offs.
Can you make oversized or boxy hoodies?
Yes. We can produce oversized fits with dropped shoulders, wider bodies and longer sleeves, or boxy cropped fits — graded to your own size chart.
Can I have different colours for the hood, sleeves and body?
Yes. Contrast hoods, sleeves, cuffs, pockets and drawcords are all possible. Try combinations in the AI Design Studio.
Can I get a hoodie sample before bulk production?
Yes, and we recommend it for every new hoodie. A sample lets you feel the fabric weight, check the hood shape and lining, the rib tension at the cuffs and hem, and see how the embroidery or puff print sits before you approve bulk. See our sampling process.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom hoodies?
It depends mostly on the fabric. Fleece or French terry in an available colour allows a smaller run than fabric dyed to your Pantone, and each extra colourway adds its own minimum. Embroidery and puff print add a set-up per design. Tell us the quantity per colour on the quote form or WhatsApp and we will confirm the minimum for your hoodie.
What do you need from me to quote hoodies?
The style (pullover, zip, oversized or boxy), fabric and weight if you know it, colours, logo files with placement and method, the size split per colour, labels and packaging, and your delivery country. A reference photo or a design from the AI studio is enough to start.
