What is the difference between fleece and French terry sweatshirts?
Fleece is brushed on the inside for a soft, warm feel. French terry has small loops inside, so it is more breathable and looks crisper. See our fabrics & GSM guide.
Can you do chenille varsity lettering?
Yes. Chenille letters and patches can be sewn onto sweatshirts, often combined with embroidery for a collegiate look.
Do you make quarter-zip sweatshirts?
Yes, with metal or nylon zips and your choice of zip puller.
Can I get a sweatshirt sample before bulk production?
Yes. Sampling a sweatshirt lets you check the fabric hand-feel after washing, the neck rib and cuff recovery, the length and drop of an oversized fit, and quarter-zip details such as the zip tape and puller. See our sampling process.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom sweatshirts?
Fabric colour drives most of it: available colours allow smaller runs than custom-dyed fleece. Quarter-zips also need zips and pullers ordered to colour, which can raise the minimum compared with a plain crewneck. Send your quantity per colour on the quote form and we will confirm it.
What do you need from me to quote sweatshirts?
Crewneck or quarter-zip, fit (regular, relaxed or oversized), fabric and weight, colours, logo files and placement, size split, labels and packaging, and your delivery country. A reference photo helps but is not required.
