Activewear has to perform: fabric that stretches and recovers, seams that don’t chafe and a waistband that stays put. We make leggings, bras, tops and sets in nylon/spandex and polyester/spandex fabrics chosen for the activity.

Are your leggings squat-proof?
We can use denser, opaque stretch fabrics designed to be squat-proof and confirm opacity at sampling.
Which logo method is best for stretch fabric?
Heat transfer, silicone and reflective prints stretch with the fabric. Small, light embroidery also works on thicker fabrics.
Can I order matching sets in different sizes?
Yes. Tops and bottoms can be ordered in different sizes and packed as sets or separately.
Can I get an activewear sample before bulk production?
Yes, and for stretch fabrics we strongly recommend it. A sample lets you check opacity in a squat test, compression and recovery, waistband comfort, seam placement and how the logo holds up when the fabric stretches. See our sampling process.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom activewear?
Four-way stretch fabrics are often knitted and dyed to order, so the fabric usually sets the minimum, especially for custom colours. Using the same fabric across leggings, bras and tops keeps it manageable. Send your styles and quantities on the quote form and we will confirm it.
What do you need from me to quote activewear?
The styles (leggings, bras, tanks or sets), the fabric feel you want (soft, compressive or matte), colours, logo method (heat transfer, silicone or reflective), size split, labels and packaging, and your delivery country.
