Can you make varsity jackets with wool bodies and leather sleeves?
Yes. Wool-blend bodies with faux-leather or PU sleeves are a classic option; we confirm the exact materials with your sample.
Are your jackets water-resistant?
We can use water-resistant shells and coatings for coach jackets, windbreakers and softshells. Tell us the use case and we will recommend the fabric.
Can I add a hood or inner pocket?
Yes. Hoods, inner pockets, zip pockets and other construction details can be added to your specification.
Can I get a jacket sample before bulk production?
Yes, and for jackets it matters more than for most products because there are more parts to approve: shell fabric, lining, rib, zips or snaps, pocket construction and badge placement. We make the sample to your specification and adjust it until you approve. See our sampling process.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom jackets?
Jackets combine several materials and each can have its own minimum: shell fabric, lining, rib knit, zips and patches. A coach jacket in an available fabric usually needs fewer pieces than a varsity jacket with custom striped rib and chenille letters. Tell us the style and quantity on the quote form and we will confirm it.
What do you need from me to quote jackets?
The style (bomber, varsity, track, coach, softshell or puffer), shell and lining preference, closures, pocket details, badges or lettering with placement, size split, labels and packaging, and your delivery country. A reference photo is enough to start.
